Albury Myer Refurbishment
Albury Myer
Watters Electrical just completed a substantial electrical renovation of Myer Albury. This historic retail establishment, which initially opened in 1982, has undergone its first restoration in nearly 40 years.
Watters Electrical won the competitive tender through Street Build Sydney. The primary scope of the project was defined in this document, which included the removal and replacement of all existing lighting, power, and data from over 5000 square metres of shop floor.
Watters used A Grade Electricians and apprentices to connect all new power and complex data systems to new point-of-sale locations across the multilevel retail outlet. The project began in June 2021 and was completed in six months. Watters Electrical collaborated with Myer to execute the project in four stages, allowing Myer to continue operating while the work was completed.
The project involved the installation of approximately 2000 lights, which will be utilised solely by Myer across all of its locations. The project was completed on schedule, allowing for optimal trading during the Christmas shopping season, Watters’ impeccable workmanship demonstrates our ability to deliver quality projects for high profile clients.
