NSW Rebates Information - UP TO $2,300 Available
UP TO $1,100 - Federal Government STCs
All installation of EvoHeat hot water heat pumps are eligible for STCs when installed by a licenced plumber & licenced electrician. Rebate value is calculated based on model selected and postcode of installation.
UP TO $1,200 - State Government ESS
The NSW Energy Savings Scheme is applicable when you replace an Electric Storage or Gas Hot Water System with a hot water heat pump. The value of the rebate depends on the location and the unit being replaced. This offer is currently valid for specific models, with others awaiting approval. Installation must be done by an accredited installer registered with an approved trader to qualify.
VIC Rebates Information - UP TO $3,300 Available
UP TO $1,100 - Federal Government STCs
All installations of heat pump hot water systems qualify for Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) when carried out by a licensed plumber and electrician. The value of the rebate is determined by the model chosen and the installation’s postcode.

UP TO $1,000 - VIC Solar Rebate
Available for all heat pump hot water system installations, provided customers meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The individual must own and occupy the property.
- The household’s combined taxable income must be below $210,000 per year.
- The individual has not previously received a rebate for a solar battery under the Solar Homes Program.
- The property is pre-existing and valued at less than $3 million.
- The property has not received a solar battery rebate as an owner-occupier under the Solar Homes Program.
- The hot water system being replaced is at least 3 years old from the purchase date.
